Oral Presentation
Ensure that you are available at least 15 minutes before the session starts on the day of the conference.
Each presenter will have a maximum of 15 minutes for their presentation, including time for questions and discussions. We suggest that your presentation should not exceed 12 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for Q&A.
Show no more than 1 slide per minute of speaking time. This means approximately 10-12 slides MAXIMUM for the 12 minutes presentation at the symposium.
Prepare your slides as a PowerPoint file or a PDF and bring them with you to the conference. We recommend that you bring your presentation on a data stick or other portable memory device.
The conference will be equipped with a computer video projector and a computer that is connected to the projector for each oral presentation room. Normal audio equipment such as microphones will be provided.
Poster Presentation
The poster should be self-explanatory, but the author should be available at certain times, such as refreshment breaks and during the time devoted to poster session, to interact with viewers and answer questions.
Posters should contain the major components of an article. Conventional sections in a poster include an abstract, introduction (which will include objectives & hypotheses), methodology, results, conclusion, and contact information.
Presenters shall prepare printed posters and bring them to the conference site.
Online Presentation
For presenters who are unable to attend the conference in person mainly due to financial or any other reasons, but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer virtual presentations via ZOOM for your convenience.
Test your presentation setup in advance to ensure compatibility and smooth operation.
Minimize background noise and distractions during your presentation.
Consider using a headset or microphone for better audio clarity.
